I like what I see ... where can I see the real thing?

At our showroom, 3 Claremont, Hastings, where we have 5 displays on show, and lots of doors and worktop samples. 


Will you do a home visit?

Yes. Just visit the showroom to discuss and book an appointment, or give us a call here


Is there a charge for a site visit?

No. As long as your home is within 50 miles of the showroom.  If further, a small charge will be made which will be credited against your purchase.


Will I have to pay up front for my kitchen/bedroom/bathroom?

We charge a 60% deposit at time of order, with a further 20% on delivery. The final payment is due after installation is complete. 


What is your average lead time?

Generally from deposit to start of installation it is as little as 4-5 days, but 10-12 days for painted or special kitchens.


How long does an installation take?

Depends on size and complexity of job… usually a small kitchen will take on average 2 days. A big job including tiling, 4-6 days. At time of order a time scale will be given.


I already have a plan and quote. Can you use my plan to quote me?

Yes, but if we undertake the job we would do our own technical survey.


Do you supply doors and/or worktops only, or just complete kitchens?

We can supply and fit replacement doors to custom sizes and replacement worktops. In fact as little or as much as you need...


Can you do the plumbing, electrics and tiling?

We can do all the required works in your kitchen/bedroom/bathroom.


Do you have credit facilities to pay over a fixed time?

Not at the moment but we expect to in the future.


Do you supply white goods like ovens, hobs, refrigerators, washing machine, etc.?

Yes we can supply a full range of appliances from different suppliers.
